Lead programmer for the redesign of several Data-Entry systems from
Visual Basic 6.0 to Visual Basic .NET. The redesign included the creating
the database (in SQL 2000) and designing the GUI (in VB.net).
Lead programmer for creating of brand new systems in VB.net and ASP.net.
All systems were built with OOP concepts in mind. Other projects include
maintaining VB 6.0 applications and writing Internet applications using classic ASP
and JavaScript, tying to a SQL Server back end.

Built an internal DNS application, the application
provided a GUI for users to create DNS entries. The
interface used ASP, SQL/T-SQL (Stored Procedures), JavaScript, and
VBScript. The VB/COM object that was developed created the necessary
files that get propagated through the Internet. This COM object queries
the database and then creates a text file. The text file is then
sent to a UNIX server through a SAMBA Mount for propagation to the
Internet.

Technical lead for the crop management application called
Storage and Sales. Lead team of developers, 65% of time was
developing in ASP, VB/COM, SQL (Oracle 8.x), and JavaScript.
25% project management (Project 2000) and 10% mentoring. The
application provided a GUI for users to do data-entry, where
users could enter in the amount of crops stored in each storage unit (or Silo).
The system also allowed the users to transfer and sell crops between
storage units and customers.
